The 3rd amendment is about quartering soldiers
during piece. No solider shall quarter themselves in someone’s home during
piece without the land owner’s permission.
The 4th amendment is states that no home shall be
searched without a warrant a probable cause. This way all people shall be safe
in their homes.
3rdAmendment. Quartering of Troops – this amendment
was intended to prevent what had been common British practice in the colonial
period.
4thAmendment. Searches and Seizures – Police
offices have no general right to search for or seize evidence or seize arrest. Except
in particular circumstances, they must have a proper warrant obtained with
probable cause. This guarantee is reinforced by the exclusionary rule, of an
unlawful search or seizure cannot be used at the court trial of the person from
whom it was seized.
